Background
I completed my Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University and then worked clinically in Melbourne and Geelong where I was exposed to the incredible world of research. I found a passion for anaesthetic and PACU nursing early on in my career and have worked in this area since late 2020. An opportunity arose in 2022 to work with the Anaesthetic Research Team as a clinical trial coordinator which I immediately jumped to the challenge and have loved every bit of it.
Research Focus
My current research focus is anaesthesia, pain management and perioperative medicine. Our team works on a number of international, multi-centre trials and are proud to have demonstrated competitive recruitment rates, facilitating an opportunity to participate in research for many regional Victorians.
