Background

I graduated with honours from Monash University Melbourne in 1998 and completed advanced training in Haematology through the Austin Hospital Melbourne and University Hospital Geelong.

I have worked as a consultant haematologist at University Hospital Geelong since 2013 where I treat patients with all types of blood and bone marrow cancers, as well as clotting and bleeding disorders.

Research Focus

I am actively involved in clinical research in the area of blood and bone marrow cancers, particularly lymphoma and am the co-lead of the Lymphoma clinical trials portfolio at Barwon Health. I am currently the principal investigator of clinical trials for patients with Hodgkin lymphoma and non-Hodgkin Lymphomas, including diffuse large B cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma, follicular lymphoma, marginal zone lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. I am a sub-investigator on many other trials for patients with myeloma, acute leukaemia, myelodysplasia and aplastic anaemia.
