Background
Over the past 15 years, I have spent working across multiple areas within Nutrition and Dietietics which includes hospital (mainly ICU and Eating Disorders) along with as a lecturer and sports dietitian.
More recently, I have held role in the Research office at Grampians Health and currently sit as the Manager – Nutrition and Dietetics. The ambition is to progress towards a PhD in the future.
Research Focus
I currently hold a vested interest in ICU research, where I am currently involved looking at consumer engagement within ICU research, where have commenced a scoping review into this topic. I have and currently working on guidelines for the use of Indirect Calorimetry.
